Our story
OneVeracity started as Veracity Benefits with a simple idea sketched on a restaurant napkin: healthcare solutions were siloed, never integrated, and employers and members were left dealing with a fragmented healthcare ecosystem where the right hand was not talking to the left. From the beginning, the vision was to bring services under one roof so communication and navigation would be easier for members and employers could better manage total healthcare spend. Over time, that integrated offering expanded through pharmacy, formulary strategy, care management, and health centers, all built around the founding belief that healthcare works better when everything works together.
We knew it would work when we saw real results through stop-loss premium reductions, lower aggregate claims, and the success of bundling reference-based pricing and pharmacy solutions in a more coordinated model. Early clients were looking for better options because most vendors focused only on their slice of the pie instead of the full picture, and those early wins confirmed the value of a more integrated approach. Today, OneVeracity is focused on the next big problem to solve through seamless technology and reporting, one number to call, one front door, and the highest levels of customer service and member experience, all with the goal of simplifying healthcare navigation, delivering measurable savings and better care outcomes, and creating a more pleasurable, stress-free experience for employers and members.
At OneVeracity, our name reflects our core belief: habitual truthfulness. This belief guides everything we do as we partner with brokers and self-funded employers to transform healthcare.
